Veliko Gradiste selling building land

The Municipality of Veliko Gradiste has announced a public tender for the alienation of building land from public ownership, located in the cadastral municipality of Zatonje, in Marsala Tita Street. The subject of the sale is a plot of land with a total area of 415 m2 on which the construction of residential, residential-commercial, business and auxiliary buildings, as well as other facilities compatible with the predominant purpose, is permitted.

The land is being sold in as-is condition, without prior utility equipment, and all costs of development and infrastructure connections are handled by the future buyer.

The starting price of the land is 600 dinars per square meter, while the bid increment is 50 dinars per square meter. All legal and natural persons who pay a deposit of 30% of the starting price and submit complete documentation have the right to participate.
