The Municipal Administration of Veliko Gradiste has placed the public ad for the sale of building land in public ownership of the municipality. A parcel of 2,419 m2, outside the building area in Ram, which can be used for the construction of residential facilities and facilities meant for tourism, is up for sale.
The initial price of the land is RSD 700 per square meter, and the bid increment is RSD 50. The land is not equipped with utilities, which obliges the future buyer to incur additional costs for the equipping of the parcel and to contract the infrastructure with the relevant services.
The public bidding is scheduled for February 25, and more details (in Serbian) can be found HERE.
