Building land in Arandjelovac up for sale – State asking for RSD 1.7 million

The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia has advertised the sale of publicly-owned building land with an area of 345 m2 in Arandjelovac at a starting price of RSD 1,694,556. The land is sold through the method of collecting closed written bids for the purpose of construction of mixed-purpose facilities.

Three cadastral parcels are the subject of the sale - 1984, 1985/1 and 1985/3 - which are located in the special unit 1-Centar, subunit 1.2, intended for higher-density mixed content. Although the individual parcels do not meet the requirements proscribed by the General Regulation Plan of Arandjelovac, it is possible to build multifamily residential facilities with the preparation of the urban project.
