As the agency announced, the increase in electricity prices is caused by the increase in prices for access to the transmission and distribution system.
Lowering the threshold between the red and blue zones from 1,600 to 1,200 kWh will cause, according to the agency’s assessment, an increase in the average price for customers who are entitled to guaranteed supply by a maximum of 1.9%.
– However, this adjustment will only affect the bills of consumers who consume more than 1,200 kWh, of which there are about one percent of the total number of consumers from April to October, about three percent during February, March and November, and about seven percent during December and January – the statement emphasizes.
