OSCiAl from Luxembourg to expand production in Nova Pazova – Another graphene nanotube factory on more than 10,000 m2

Nova Pazova will soon get another factory of OSCiAl from Luxembourg.

Namely, as can be seen from the Urban Planning Project that is undergoing a public presentation, the construction of the new plant is planned on plots in the immediate vicinity of the existing factory of one of the leading graphene nanotube manufacturers in the world.

OSCiAl announced the first production facility in Nova Pazova back in 2022, and the factory was finally opened in October last year, as an investment worth EUR 40 million.

For the new plant, the Urban Planning Project (UP) developer is Urban Project from Stara Pazova, and the responsible urban planner is Dean D. Karan.

For the planned construction of the production complex, and at the request of the investor, the conceptual design was developed by Delta Inzenjering from Belgrade, and the geodetic works, surveying and processing were carried out by Geo VLS PRO from Belgrade.

The total area of the cadastral plots is 31,559 m2, and the UP coverage is 32,067 m2. The total net area of all buildings is 10,251.05 m2.

The production and business building with floor structures of GF+0 and GF+2 will be built in two phases, and the plots on which the construction is planned are located within the Central Business Zone of the Municipality of Stara Pazova.

This is construction land located in the northeastern part of the cadastral municipality of Nova Pazova, along the border with the settlement of Stara Pazova and the cadastral municipality of Stara Pazova.

The urban planning project envisages the development and construction of a complex for the production program of the company OCSiAl Balkan. The construction of the main building and complete necessary supporting facilities is planned: a substation, boiler room, concierge, internal roads, plateaus and maneuvering areas.

The building will have 91 parking spaces - 88 for standard passenger cars and three spaces for vehicles of persons with disabilities.

The public presentation of this project will last until September 3.
