Zagreb opens tender for demolition of Maksimir stadium

On Wednesday, the City of Zagreb published a tender worth EUR 100,000 for the preparation of the project of removing the existing Maksimir stadium.

The bidder is requested to prepare a detailed project for the removal of the facility with an area of around 50,000 square meters, and the deadline for the preparation of the project documentation is three months.

The project has to determine the method of demolition, taking into account the complexity of the structure and the specificity of the location.

The demolition of the existing stadium is the first phase of the plan of the construction of a new stadium that was agreed by the Government of Croatia and the City of Zagreb.
