Vucic: Owner of Cypriot Paphos ready to invest in F.C. Loznica

The owner of the Cypriot club Paphos is ready to invest in F.C. Loznica, announced Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, as reported by the Loznica info website. Guesting on TV Prva, he said that the owner of the Cypriot club was ready to take over this club from western Serbia.

– Since we now have these idiotic laws in which there are no private clubs and it’s all citizens’ associations, the man has spoken to me and accepted to do business even under such conditions and show people before the law is changed that he can help even under those conditions. I guess Loznica is now in our second league and he wants them to play the UEFA Cup in 2 to 3 years already – said Vucic.

He added that the owner of Paphos is also the owner of Riga from Latvia.

– He loves to bring in Spanish coaches to teach the technique, to make the players play as fast as possible. So, that’s good news for western Serbia – pointed out Vucic.
