Sport Klub TV: The English could buy FC Loznica

Sport Klub TV has received information that certain clubs could enter the privatization process. And soon!

The first among them will be - FC Loznica. The team from western Serbia is close to the decision on the arrival of new people at its helm. The club will be taken over by a group from England, with a clear project of developing the sports and economic sectors.

Loznica was not chosen randomly. The attractive stadium was a lure for potential investors from England to enter into talks. The good position and the sports potential of the area there further enhanced the initial project and it is almost certain that the hand of cooperation will be extended this spring.

There is no privatization without a clear legal framework. Unofficially, the privatization of Loznica will not wait for the new Law on Sports. The plan is that in the coming period, a legal act on the transformation of citizens' associations will be adopted, in which the possibility of privatization of companies based on those foundations will be defined.

Loznica competes in the western group of the Serbian League, with practically no chance of reaching the First League in the current season.

FC Cukaricki is the first privatized professional club in Serbia. It entered that process as part of a social enterprise. FC Rad had similar opportunities, but the state did not have the will, nor the power, to implement the announced privatization of that, at the time still Super League team from Banjica.
