New service of Tax Administration contact center: call scheduling

To the end of improving the quality of services and facilitating communication with the users, the Contact Center of the Tax Administration has introduced the “Call Scheduling” service, the Tax Administration announced.

– This service functions through an answering machine and will be activated at the moment when the volume of the calls increases, that is, when the system determines that the time of waiting for an agent of the Contact Center to respond will be longer than six minutes. In the aforementioned situation, the answering machine offers to the taxpayer the possibility of scheduling a call. After the request is received, the agents of the Contact Center will contact the taxpayer as soon as possible in order to provide the necessary support and answer the questions. This system enables a more even distribution of the calls and reduces the waiting times for the users – the announcement says.

The Tax Administration says that the Contact Center of the Tax Administration is something that taxpayers can rely on, providing them with the comfort of being able to get information about the implementation of tax regulations, the state of the public revenues accounts, information about the conditions and the manner of using the electronic services of the Tax Administration, as well as service information about the Administration’s operations at any time from any place by phone and email.

The services of the Contact Center are provided on work days in the period from 8 AM to 6 PM, and taxpayers can contact the Center by calling 011/6969-069 and 0700/700-007, as well as through the “Ask a Question” contact form on the Tax Administration website.
