Bexexpress from Sabac planning construction of post express center in Surcin next to bypass railroad

Bexexpress from Sabac is planning to build a post express center in Surcin, as can be seen from the early public review for the needs of the preparation of the DRP of the part of the business zone next to the bypass cargo railroad in the territory of this municipality. As the document shows, the plan also includes the construction of storage capacities, side facilities, maneuvering and traffic areas, in line with the potentials of said space and the needs related to the operating technology of the company.

As specified, within the business zone of 190,016 m2, a maximum of a total of around 133,011 m2 of GFA would be built, and within the commercial zone of 8,678 m2, a maximum of a total of around 6,508 m2 of GFA would be built.

In designing and building the planned facilities within this plan, as pointed out, it is recommended to use renewable energy sources - solar energy with the help of a greenhouse, photovoltaic solar cells, solar collectors, as well as heat pumps of the water-water type which use groundwater.

The drafting authority is the Secretariat for Urban Planning and Construction Affairs of the City of Belgrade, and the plan is prepared by the architectural studio Koncept Sabac.

The plan is available for public review until August 18.
