Delta plans to expand their car center in New Belgrade for an additional 13,000 m2 (PHOTO)

The company Delta Automoto is planning the reconstruction and extension of the existing facilities within the complex of multi-brand car showrooms on the corner of Jurija Gagarina and Dr. Agostina Neta streets in New Belgrade. The Secretariat for Urban Planning and Construction announced the public presentation of the Urban Project.

According to the plan, the interior spaces will be reorganized and the openings on the facades of the existing buildings will be changed, as well as their extension and connection by hot bonding into a single unit. The construction of an underground garage is also planned. The new facility will have 2 + 2 floors (+ gallery) and is intended for the sale, display and servicing of cars and motorcycles, with accompanying facilities catering to the needs of administration and employees.

There are three buildings within the complex.

Honda auto center in Ulica omlandskih brigada 33a - planned adaptation and investment maintenance in the existing dimensions.

Office building - exhibition space in the same street - also adaptation without changing the volume.

Fiat auto center in Jurija Gagarina Street 25 - the building will be completely demolished and replaced by a new one, which will form a functional unit together with the first two buildings.

After implementation, the total gross construction area of the complex will be 19,262.99 m², compared to the existing area of 6,319.50 m².

Arhitekta 7 d.o.o. from Belgrade is responsible for the development of the Urban Project, while the designer is Beging d.o.o.

The public presentation lasts until June 27.

Kompanija Delta Automoto planira rekonstrukciju i dogradnju postojećih objekata u okviru kompleksa multi-brend auto salona na uglu ulica Jurija Gagarina i Dr Agostina Neta na Novom Beogradu.

Planirana je i izgradnja podzemne garaže. Novi objekat biće spratnosti 2Po+Pr+2 (+galerija) i namenjen prodaji, izlaganju i servisiranju automobila i motora, uz prateće sadržaje za potrebe administracije i zaposlenih.

U okviru kompleksa nalaze se tri objekta :
- Auto centar Honda u Ulici omladinskih brigada 33a – planirana adaptacija i investiciono održavanje u postojećem gabaritu.
- Poslovni objekat – izložbeni prostor u istoj ulici – takođe adaptacija bez promene volumena.
- Auto centar Fiat u Ulici Jurija Gagarina 25 – objekat će biti u potpunosti srušen i zamenjen novogradnjom, koja će zajedno sa prva dva objekta činiti funkcionalnu celinu.

Nakon realizacije, ukupna bruto građevinska površina kompleksa iznosiće 19.262,99 m?, u odnosu na postojeću površinu od 6.319,50 m?. (2025)
