Implementation of “one stop control” system begins on border between Serbia and Macedonia

The implementation of the “one stop control” system between Serbia and North Macedonia has been officially launched at the Presevo border crossing, which should significantly speed up and simplify border crossings. On this occasion, Serbian Interior Minister Ivica Dacic and North Macedonian Interior Minister Pance Toskovski signed a protocol on the method of conducting border checks at the Presevo and Tabanovce border crossings.

This is an integrated control model, within which police officers from one country will conduct both entry and exit checks for both countries.

In this way, double control is avoided and the time of delaying passengers and goods is reduced.
