First plan for hotel construction within EXPO complex published – High-category facility with 409 accommodation units planned

The company Euro KB Rent from Belgrade has submitted a request to the Ministry of Environmental Protection for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the hotel construction project in the EXPO 2027 zone in Surcin. The request was prepared by the company ECOlogica URBO.

The planned high-category hotel facility is designed as an independent functional unit with a gross area of 37,062.75 m², of which 6,831.11 m² belongs to the underground floor, while the above-ground floors cover 30,231.64 m².

The hotel will have one underground and seven above-ground levels (B+GF+7), including two galleries, and a total of 409 hotel modules, divided into rooms and apartments.

On the ground floor there will be a public block intended for guests, with an entrance hall, reception and supporting areas, a lobby with an aperitif bar, a small retail space, a multifunctional space with a library and a hotel restaurant.

On the higher floors, an accommodation area with hotel rooms and apartments is planned.
