Gated community among cherry trees – Construction of 13 houses planned in Ritopek (PHOTO)

In Ritopek, in the middle of the existing cherry orchard, the plan is to build a gated residential community with a barrier and controlled access - modeled after the popular gated community concepts. The construction of 13 family houses is planned within the settlement, and according to the project, a part of the existing trees will be preserved and integrated into the future environment.

The project envisages the construction of 13 new family houses with an access road, and according to the renders, the future settlement will be modeled after American gated community concepts - a closed residential unit with an entrance barrier, enabling access to the tenants only.

A cherry orchard is currently located on the parcel, and the plan envisages for the majority of the existing trees to be preserved, whereas the removed tress will be replanted within the parcel.

The investor in the project is Gbunions d.o.o. from Stari Banovci, whereas the urban project was prepared by Genero Design from Conoplja.

According to the plan, a part of the existing family housing facility with a floor plan of GF+1 will be kept, whereas the ground-floor part (GF+0) will be removed.

The new facilities include one house of the A type (GF+RF), with one residential unit, ten houses of the B type (GF+RF), also with one residential unit each, and two C-type houses (GF+RF), with three residential units each.

The public presentation of the project lasts until July 8.
