– You will then have Serbs from Belgrade going over there for the Hungarian goulash, having lunch in Vaci Street. I believe that we will attract many residents of Budapest, but also other Hungarian places, so that they can finally come over and that they are able to return home quickly – Vucic said at the ceremony in Budapest where he received an acknowledgment from the president of Hungary, Tamas Sulyok.
When it comes to cooperation with Hungary, as RTS reported, Vucic pointed out that the preliminary project for the oil pipeline from Novi Sad to Algyo had been completed and that a feasibility study was being prepared at that moment. Vucic also pointed out that Hungary had helped Serbia with its gas storage facilities.
– If it hadn’t been for the storing of gas in Hungary, it’s debatable whether we would have had enough refills during the coldest or warmest days in Serbia, because we are now spending as much gas in August as we spend in January or February, believe it or not – said Vucic.
