The minister of construction, transport and infrastructure of Serbia, Goran Vesic, said that the Morava Corridor, whose first section, from Pojate to Makresane would open by the end of April, would be the first smart traffic route in our country, built with full optical infrastructure, the Government of Serbia announced.

He specified for TV Pink that the section from Pojate to Makresane was 16.9 kilometers long and that its completion would enable Krusevac to connect to the Belgrade-Nis highway.

By the end of September or October, he added, an additional 10 kilometers to Kosevo will be completed, so Krusevac will be fully connected to the main traffic route.

Vesic announced that the part from Adrani to Preljina would be completed by mid-2024, meaning that Kraljevo would soon be fully connected with the Milos Veliki highway, whereas Adrani and Kosevo would be connected by mid-2025.
