The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has advertised the sale of the company Industrija Metalnih Konstrukcija from Belgrade at an initial price of RSD 539,533,026.

The most important property consists of a production hall of the total area of 5,181 m2, a 25% stake in the capital of Privredno Drustvo Porto Complex doo Beograd (long-term financial placements) and a 75% stake in the capital of the same company (potential property in active court procedures).

The public bidding will be held on December 22, 2021.
