Sale of Vrsacka Pivara for Over EUR 1.5 Million Advertised

Vrsacka Pivara in bankruptcy has been put up for sale through the method of public bidding, the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency announced today.

The most important piece of the property is the complex of facilities at the factory in Vrsac on a plot of land of 16,473 m2, the shares of Milenijum in the nominal value of RSD 26 million, a share of 0.78% of the value of the capital of “Pivara i sladara” Belgrade, as well as the equipment for beer and juice production and filling, supplies of raw ingredients and packaging and trade receivables.

The initial price of the property amounts to RSD 192,451,713, or around EUR 1.64 million.

The public bidding for Vrsacka Pivara will be held on March 15.
