Company IMT Fabrika Remontni Centar Dobanovci up for Sale

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has advertised the sale of the company for the maintenance, repair and sale of motor vehicles IMT Fabrika Remontni Centar Dobanovci. At the first public bidding, the initial price will be RSD 63.7 million.

According to the sales documentation, the most important property consists of registered facilities – halls and warehouses, as well as equipment and stock.

The bankruptcy debtor is to be bought as is, and the property may be viewed following the purchase of the sales documentation, each work day and no later than May 12.

The public bidding will be held on May 19, 2023.

IMT Fabrika Remontni Centar Dobanovci is a company that specializes in the repair of IMT tractors and engines, as well as for the machine processing of all types of internal-combustion engines, and the Commercial Court in Belgrade opened the bankruptcy proceedings in this company in 2015.
