From 10 to 12 November 2023, Thessaloniki is preparing to experience a dynamic exhibition three-day event, with the organization of the 2nd Real Estate Expo North, at the
International Exhibition & Conference Centre TIF - HELEXPO, at stand 16.
Real Estate Expo North is the only real estate and investment exhibition that gives the
opportunity to both national and international investors to explore the real estate market in
Northern Greece. In parallel, with the organization of the 38th Philoxenia - Hotelia, the
international hospitality exhibition for hotel, restaurant and catering professionals,
participants will have the opportunity for networking and business deals.
With the participation of exhibitors from the entire spectrum of Real Estate and a well
thought-out program of targeted events, Real Estate Expo North, is the meeting point for
decision makers in the Balkans and beyond!
In the framework of the 2nd Real Estate Expo North, the 3rd Real Estate Forum conference
will be held, where distinguished speakers from Greece and abroad will analyze all the
current trends in the real estate market, while in the Project & Investment Presentation in 60` section, renowned companies of the sector will present their new business projects
exclusively for the exhibition audience.
Following the great success of Athens, the specialised Hosted Buyer programme will also
take place in Thessaloniki, which aims to attract professional investors from Europe, the
United Arab Emirates and Asia.
