Deadline to legalize illegally built facilities expires January 30

In line with the Legalization Law, the deadline to legalize illegally built facilities expires 30 January 2014.

It is the final date by which citizens can submit a request for the issue of building permit and the certificate of occupancy for their facility, that is, for the part of the facility that was built or reconstructed without a building permit and is used without the certificate of occupancy.

The Legalization Law came into effect on 1 November 2013, and citizens had 90 days from that date to file a request for the legalization of illegally built facilities.
