The Prosecution for Organized Crime will request from Switzerland and some other countries documentation which would provide information on off-shore accounts and millions of euros, as only a part of the damage which inflicted to Galenika, Blic finds out.
One of these machinations is connected with the supply of raw materials for medicines, which was, as suspected, a front to pump out 80 times the amount, or more precisely EUR 5,000,000 for goods worthy € 60,000 from the account of the Zemun factories.
Out of the three responsible, only Nenad Ognjenovic was arrested. Dragoljub Vucicevic escaped and Radoslav Sekulic is not medically fit to participate in the criminal proceedings.
On Saturday (May 18, 2013), the daily newspaper Blic published that among other things, Nenad Ognjanovic, who was arrested with another seven people suspected of fraud and his assistant Goran Orlic, signed two controversial contracts worth EUR 10 mil in 2008 for the delivery of raw materials for drugs with a Farma trade branch office from the Marshall Islands.
