EXPO 2027: We conduct procurement procedures in accordance with regulations

The company EXPO 2027 Belgrade has announced that it conducts all procurement procedures in accordance with Serbian regulations, rather than international agreements, and that it regularly informs the public about these activities. The company issued this statement in response to a recommendation from the Anti-Corruption Council to the Government of Serbia, urging EXPO 2027 to disclose all information regarding procurement procedures for the construction of facilities for the specialized exhibition, procurement procedures that are being carried out based on international agreements or direct arrangements.

The statement clarifies that the company EXPO 2027 was established by the Government of Serbia to prepare for and implement the specialized exhibition. It further notes that the construction phase for infrastructure and facilities falls outside the company's scope of responsibility, a fact that can be verified by examining the structure and nature of the public calls issued by the company, which are available on the Public Procurement Portal.

The company confirmed that all public procurement procedures and associated contracts falling within its remit have been published on the Public Procurement Portal, within a dedicated section for EXPO 2027.
