Ethno-village emerging near Tutin – Tourist paradise featuring cottages, ski slope, hippodrome and mini-zoo to open in May

In the village of Draga, not far from Tutin, a tourist complex is taking shape that could become one of the most beautiful family vacation destinations in this part of Serbia. Behind this project are Esad Pepic and his brother, who decided to transform their love for their native region into something lasting and valuable.

Surrounded by nature, lush greenery and stunning landscapes, the Draga ethno-village is already drawing attention with its appearance. The vacation cottages, positioned to offer guests peace, privacy and exceptional views of the surrounding mountains and natural scenery, are a particular highlight.

However, the Pepic brothers have plans that go far beyond simple accommodation. Their vision is to bring together a variety of amenities in one location, allowing entire families to spend unforgettable days far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city.

From nature cottages to a hippodrome and quad biking

In addition to lodging facilities that blend seamlessly into the natural environment, the plans include a hippodrome, as well as quad biking for those who love adventure and an active holiday.

The goal is for this ethno-village to become a place where everyone can find something to enjoy, from those who simply wish to savor the silence and the view, to families looking to spend time together, explore nature and engage in a variety of activities.

According to information released in November 2024, the project was presented as an investment worth over EUR 2.5 million. The original plan included the construction of 14 bungalows, an artificial lake and a swimming pool. Before launching this venture, Esad Pepic spent approximately 25 years doing business in Russia.

Although the complex has not yet been completed to its full planned extent, the concept demonstrates the potential of rural tourism when natural beauty is combined with carefully designed amenities.
