MOL's license to continue negotiations on NIS acquisition extended

MOL has received an official license from the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) to continue negotiations regarding the acquisition of a majority stake in Naftna industrija Srbije (NIS) until December 11, 2026.

This was announced by MOL Plc. The company disclosed the extension of the negotiation license via the Budapest Stock Exchange.

Previously, MOL had received an extension of the U.S. license to negotiate the acquisition of the Russian-held majority stake in NIS, valid until October 30.
