Nammos Hotels & Resorts announced the Nammos Residences Montenegro project, which includes 70 private residences on the Budva Riviera, between Budva and Petrovac. The completion of the complex is planned for 2029, and the prices of the residences start at EUR 1.9 million.

The CEO of Nammos Hotels & Resorts Carolyn Turnbull said that the expansion into the segment of branded residences is part of the development of an entire ecosystem of luxury lifestyle.
