Ethno-complex with apartment hotel, vacation cottages, pools and sports courts planned in Trnava near Cacak

Plans are in place to build an ethno-complex on a one-hectare plot in Trnava near Cacak, featuring an apartment hotel, vacation cottages, an outdoor pool and a smaller pool, as well as basketball and volleyball courts.

An urban planning project for the construction of the ethno-complex, which includes sports and recreational facilities, has been prepared for cadastral plot 2532 KO Trnava, covering an area of 10,214 m2. The investor is a private individual who commissioned Arhitektonski studio KOD from Cacak to design the project.

The complex’s central building will be an apartment hotel with maximum dimensions of 52.06 x 28.12 meters. In addition, two types of vacation cottages are planned, Type 1 units measuring 6.98 x 10.25 meters and Type 2 units measuring 13.62 x 10.25 meters.

Sports and recreational amenities will include a deck area with an outdoor pool, a sunbathing area, a smaller pool, basketball and volleyball courts and a park.

A total of 52 parking spaces are planned for the complex. The main parking area will accommodate 40 vehicles, including four spaces reserved for people with disabilities, while an additional 12 spaces are planned in front of the vacation cottages.

Construction is scheduled to take place in phases, in accordance with the obtained technical documentation and the investor’s requirements. Each phase is to be accompanied by the necessary infrastructure development.

The public presentation of the urban planning project is taking place from October 20 to 28, 2026.
