K93 Urban Hill residential complex in Petrovaradin under development – Oasis of Peace on 2,100 m2 in Miseluk

Novi Sad is expanding its modern residential zone.

Another phase of the K93 Urban Hill residential complex is being built in the Karagaca neighborhood of Miseluk in Petrovaradin.

The developer is Prezident Building d.o.o. from Novi Sad, and the planned investment value for this phase is 36,239,625 dinars.

The architectural design was prepared by Eling Plan d.o.o. from Sremska Kamenica, while the structural design was handled by Pira-Inzenjering d.o.o. za projektovanje, konsalting i inzenjering from Belgrade.

The lead architect is Vid Latinovic, B.Arch, and technical review was performed by Haus d.o.o. from Novi Sad and FPP Studio from Belgrade.

The project involves part of a B-category semi-detached building with a floor structure of B+SB+GF+1+RF, featuring a net area of 480.77 m2 and a gross developed building area of 395.94 m2.

The building is designed to house 3 apartments and 5 garages.

The first floor will contain a two-room apartment (37.09 m2) and a three-room apartment (54.05 m2), while a five-room duplex spanning the first floor and the retracted floor will cover an area of 111.09 m2.

Two garages are located on the ground floor, two in the semi-basement, and one in the basement, with areas ranging from 14 m2 to 70 m2.

The building’s footprint covers an area of 113.69 m2.

Karagaca is a quiet neighborhood located five minutes from the center of Novi Sad. Upon completion of all works, the K93 Urban Hill complex, the construction of which began last year, will feature a total area of 2,100 m2, comprising four buildings and 64 apartments.
