Another exclusive tourist complex is being created in Tivat - A 5-star hotel and 20 villas will be built

The Kamgel company plans to build an exclusive tourist complex in Tivat that will consist of a 5-star hotel and 20 annexes, or rather villas. The total area of ​​the site planned for construction is 24,369 m², and the complex will be located in the Đuraševići settlement, as part of the Amendment and Supplementation of the State Study of the Kalardovo-Flower Island-Brdišta location.

The complex extends along the primary road in the north, with additional accesses from the east and south, while the western side of the plot has direct access to the sea, the "Kalardovo" marina and the "Lungo Mare" pedestrian walkway. Pedestrian paths will connect the complex with the nature reserve "Tivatska Solila" and the city zone "Kukuljina". In the northern zone, the reconstruction and revitalization of the cultural heritage site "Dončulovina" is planned for tourist and hospitality use.

Three types of villas were designed. The most numerous are villas type 1 and there will be 17 of them. The storey of these buildings is the lower basement, upper basement and ground floor.

The floor plan is divided into two blocks. The first block includes an entrance lobby with a wardrobe and a guest toilet, a spacious living room with a fireplace that unites the kitchen and dining room, a staircase to the underground floor, a terrace with a sauna, a shower and an outdoor toilet, a whirlpool and a large infinity pool.

All villas have private entrance atriums with carefully planned greenery and water attractions, and frontal views of the marina and sea.

Within the complex, 47.97% of green areas (11,695.27 m²) have been designed. The central pedestrian communication connects the hotel with the outbuildings, the cultural site "Dončulovina" and the marina, creating an integrated space for rest, recreation and enjoyment in the natural and cultural environment.
