Chinese company to invest over EUR 100 million in drone and robot battery factory in Indjija – Construction to start in October, Vucic announces

One of the companies that the state delegation met with during its visit to Jiaxing is coming to Serbia and, according to Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, will invest over EUR 100 million in the construction of a factory in Indjija. The new investment should enable the employment of 250 workers.

– This is a high-tech company, one of the best in the world in the production of batteries for drones, unmanned vehicles, robots, home appliances and other devices – said Vucic.

The framework agreement with the investor should be signed at the end of August, while the start of construction of the factory is planned for the end of October, the Serbian President said.
