Residential Complex with 35 Apartments Under Construction in Becej - Green Oasis Near the Tisa

Becej is getting new residential space at 45 Zelena Street.

The construction of the Green 45 residential and commercial complex, with P+2+Ps, P+0 and P+4 floor configurations and Category V classification, is being developed by Green 45 Projects doo from Novi Sad.

The residential complex is being built on a 1,356 m2 plot categorized as urban construction land, with no existing buildings previously located on the site.

The plot is owned by Green 45 Projects, and the entire complex comprises two residential blocks, A and B, with 35 apartments and 7 commercial units, as well as a single-story auxiliary building.

The complex includes 19 parking spaces, some of which are equipped with EV chargers.

There is an elevator in every section of the complex.

The conceptual design was prepared by Andrea Govedarica Pr Nova Logika from Novi Sad, while the cadastral and topographic plan was prepared by Geometar doo from Becej.

The chief designer is architect Goran Govedarica.

The Municipality of Becej approved the investor's request to amend the location conditions, under which two new apartments will be added on the ground floor of Entrance B in place of garage and parking space.

The amendments also envisage a canopy with parking spaces and a substation instead of the garage, while the plots have been merged into a single unit.

Each building within the complex is detached, with a focus on energy efficiency.

The entire complex has a reinforced concrete structure, with thermal blocks and additional insulation, as well as electric underfloor heating.

The roof is flat and features waterproofing and thermal insulation.
