Nova Pazova to get office and residential building – Homes for 31 families and two outlets on more than 2,800 m2

In Nova Pazova, at 88 Cara Dusana Street, a new residential and office building is to be raised, with a total GFA of 2,815.58 m2.

The Department of Urban Planning and Construction of the Municipal Administration of the Municipality of Stara Pazova has adopted a decision to issue a building permit to the company Bomaks building d.o.o. from Nova Pazova, which will invest in the project.

The architectural design was developed by the company Vladimir Dronjak PR biro za inzinjerske delatnosti i savetovanje VD projekt plus.

QartO pr Tamara Grbic, Destico projektovanje i izvodjenje radova and Institut za zastitu na radu ad performed the technical control, while the construction project was prepared by the company Fida design.

The estimated value of the works excluding VAT is 160 million dinars.

The construction of the building with a floor structure of GF+4+L and with 31 residential units, 2 commercial spaces, two garages with four garage spaces, internal roads and 29 parking spaces will be preceded by the demolition of a single-family residential building with a floor area of 126 m2, located on the plot in question.

On the ground floor of the newly built residential and office building, there will be two garages (with floor areas of 53.40 m2 and 32.20 m2) and two outlets - a textile store and a shoe store, as well as one apartment of 46 m2.

On the first, second, third and fourth upper floors, as well as in the loft, six apartments with an area of 48.26 m2 to 86.91 m2 are planned.
