The project involves the construction of a building with B+GF+1 (technology section) and GF+2 (administrative section), on a 7,242 m2 plot in Beli Potok, Kruzni put Rakovica, Vozdovac Municipality, Belgrade.
The plot is located within the scope of the Detailed Regulation Plan for the commercial zone in Bubanj Potok, between the bypass and the planned railway line, within commercial zone K3.
Access to the plot where the data center will be built is planned from Nova 5 Street, while after the construction of Nova 1 Street, access from that street will also be possible and is envisaged.
The planned total gross floor area of the building is 3,986.95 m2.
The complex includes the main data center building, two transformer stations, a platform for diesel-electric generators, underground fuel storage tanks, a fire hydrant water tank and supporting infrastructure.
The facility is planned to have eight data halls and six employees. The facility's maximum electrical power demand will be 3.6 MW, while a note states that the project will not be a source of high-frequency electromagnetic radiation.
