Platform for Easier Access to Social Protection Rights: "Radoslav", the First Digital Assistant

The first AI-based platform designed to provide citizens with reliable information in the fields of social protection, family policy and demography, called "Radoslav", was presented at the Government of Serbia.

Minister of Labor, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs Milica Djurdjevic Stamenkovski also attended the presentation of the digital assistant called "Radoslav".

- Administrative barriers and a lack of accurate information are the biggest challenges for many citizens, and this platform will remove these obstacles and help citizens approach the competent institutions informed and prepared - the minister said.

She emphasized that the digital assistant was designed to communicate with citizens using simple, everyday language, enabling every user to quickly and easily obtain verified and accurate information.

Djurdjevic Stamenkovski expressed her gratitude to the Office for Information Technologies and eGovernment, the Ministry of Family Welfare and Demography, UNICEF and all partners involved in implementing the project.

- The digital assistant, whose knowledge base will be continuously expanded, will soon be able to provide information to all citizens seeking to obtain parent-caregiver status, ahead of the implementation of the Law on Parent-Caregivers starting October 1, 2026 - Djurdjevic Stamenkovski announced.

The "Radoslav" digital assistant was developed within the joint UN program "Connecting with Citizens", implemented by UNICEF, UNDP and FAO, with financial support from the UN Joint SDG Fund, in partnership with the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Family Welfare and Demography and the Office for IT and eGovernment.

Citizens will be able to access the new platform through the official website of the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs, where all information and services provided by the platform will be available.
