Outdoor pool being built in Srpska Crnja – Investment of 122.6 million dinars for 430 m2 complex

The Municipality of Nova Crnja will invest in the construction of an outdoor pool with entertainment facilities (a G category facility) at BB Partizanska Street in Srpska Crnja, which eKapija has already written about.

The pool complex will be built next to the existing pool on a plot of 12,013 m2, with a total gross floor area of 2,880.69 m2.

The gross built area of the newly planned pool facility with a floor structure of SB+GF will be 432.68 m2, and a net area of 377.04 m2.

The existing pool located in Partizanska Street in Srpska Crnja has already been expanded with a new children’s pool and accompanying facilities, and will now expand its capacities and tourist offer.

The project was done by the company Revolution Architects doo, and the main designer is Stevan Radomirovic, B.A., arch.

The developers of the study are Cepting doo and GeoExpert doo, and the company Habitat RB doo is the technical control.

The estimated value of the works is 122,627,093.55 excluding VAT.

An outdoor public swimming pool with accompanying facilities will be built within the complex, including a new pool shell made of reinforced concrete with gross dimensions of 21.10 x 11.70 meters, with a water mirror of 17.90 x 10.50 meters, as well as a water bar and slides for children.

Three water attractions are planned, in accordance with European standards, with a platform up to 3.5 meters high and slides from 10 to 25 meters long.

The project also includes the complete reconstruction and arrangement of the beach area - removal of worn-out elements, construction of a new base, paving with concrete slabs, waterproofing, finishing touches and landscaping of the terrain.

A special feature of the project is the construction of the pool, which will be based on strip foundations due to the terrain level, as well as the formation of stable slopes outside the beach area.
