One-year-ahead inflation expectations unchanged compared to January

Medium-term inflation expectations of the financial sector for both two and three years ahead are 3% in the February survey and are almost unchanged compared to the previous month (in January, expectations for two years ahead were 3.1%, and expectations for three years ahead were at the level of 3%).
According to the results of the March survey by Bloomberg, short-term inflation expectations of the financial sector decreased from 3.7% in February to 3.5% in March.
Medium-term expectations of the economy sector have continued to range between 4% and 5% over the past year. Inflation expectations of economy representatives for a year ahead, according to a survey by the Ninamedia agency, were reduced from 5% in January to 4% in the February survey. Expected inflation of the economy sector for two years ahead was maintained at the January level and amounts to 4%, while expected inflation for three years ahead, after a decrease to 4.7% in January, returned to the level of 5%, which it recorded for most of 2025.
