Jasikovo Wind Farm Receives Construction Permit – 13 Wind Turbines to Be Built on the Slopes of the Homolje Mountains, Between Majdanpek and Zagubica

The Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure has issued a construction permit to investors Jasikovo d.o.o. Belgrade and Elektrodistribucija Srbije for the construction of the Jasikovo wind farm and the installation of the associated PRP 10kV facility.

The permit covers the construction of 13 wind turbines with a height of 199.5 meters with foundations on cadastral parcels in the municipalities of Majdanpek and Zagubica, the construction of the TS 33/110kV Jasikovo wind farm transformer station and a facility for PRP 10kV, as well as the installation of an internal cable network with a total length of 16 km.

The estimated value of the works amounts to approximately RSD 7.9 billion excluding VAT. The construction permit will cease to be valid if the works are not registered within three years from the date the decision becomes legally binding.

Connections to the public telecommunications and transmission network are not covered by this permit, and the investor is obliged to submit proof of connection to the existing infrastructure when applying for the use permit. The investor is also required to ensure professional supervision during construction and resolve property-legal relations on certain parcels before the issuance of the use permit.

The project documentation, including the environmental impact assessment study, energy efficiency documentation, and fire protection designs, was prepared by authorized experts and companies, including Kodar Energomontaza d.o.o., Duo Bacco d.o.o., Milan Bozic PR Geoservis, and Projektura d.o.o.

It should be recalled that this project ranked fifth in the auction conducted by the Ministry of Mining and Energy for the allocation of market premiums for produced electricity.
