Factory to be raised in Indjija from which “every car in the world will have at least one part” – Minth to begin construction of plant in June 2026

The Minth company has shown great interest in investing in Indjija. Negotiations are currently underway to purchase land, with one part already purchased, while the documentation for the remaining 210 hectares is in the final phase, announced the mayor of the municipality, Marko Gasic.

– This is the largest investment in our region. Construction is planned to begin as early as June 2026, which will have invaluable significance for the economy of Indjija and the wider area – said Gasic.

As previously announced, the Chinese company Minth Holding will build an electric vehicle factory on 210 hectares of land, with a planned investment worth EUR 870 million and as many as 2,200 new jobs.

– Every car in the world that is made, at least one part is made in Minth. Minth works for all car manufacturers, and when the factory is finished, in a few years every car will have a part manufactured in Indjija – Gasic said earlier.
