Serbia and Archer Aviation sign agreement on introduction of electric air taxis

Serbian Minister of Finance Sinisa Mali and Chief Commercial Officer of Archer Aviation Nikhil Goel signed in Davos, in the presence of President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic and Founder and CEO of Archer Aviation Adam Goldstein, a Partnership Agreement that will be the framework for cooperation between the Government of Serbia and this company in the introduction of electric air taxi services in Serbia.

In accordance with the Agreement, Serbia has chosen Archer as its preferred eVTOL partner and has the option to purchase an initial fleet of the “Midnight Flight” aircraft.

President Vucic assessed that it was important to cooperate with one of the best and strongest companies in the world in terms of technology.

– I am delighted that we had the opportunity to sign the contract with Archer Aviation. It is important for us to cooperate with one of the best and strongest companies in the world in terms of technology, to bring the most modern, cutting-edge American technology to Serbia and to be long-term partners – stated Vucic.
