Mali: MOL expected to officially take over NIS by mid-March

Finance Minister Sinisa Mali said that he expected the Hungarian MOL to officially take over Naftna industrija Srbije by mid-March.

- What is important is that on Monday we made an agreement with the Hungarian side and the Arabs about our rights and obligations at the moment they take over the management of the company. The Hungarians said that by the deadline given by OFAC, that is, by March 24, the contract would be signed. I expect it to be a little earlier, say by mid-March or by mid-March - said Mali.

The minister assessed that most of the work, when it comes to the solution for NIS, had already been done. According to him, Serbia is entering a more stable and peaceful period.
