New Decision on Fees for Registration Procedures and Other Services of SBRA comes into effect

The beginning of the new year also marks the beginning of the implementation of the new Decision on Fees for Registration Procedures and Other Services of the Serbian Business Registers Agency , the SBRA announced.

– Pursuant to the Decision on Fees for Registration Procedures and Other Services Provided by the Serbian Business Registers Agency, which comes into effect on January 1, 2026, the amounts of fees for services provided by the Agency to users have been amended – the press release says.

Updated information on the new fee amounts will be published on the Agency’s website, in the sections relating to individual registers and records, as of January 1, 2026. Therefore, the SBRA kindly requests all users to familiarize themselves in detail with the amended fee amounts for the service they intend to initiate by submitting a registration application or request to the Serbian Business Registers Agency prior to filing.
