Almost 60,000 m2 of construction planned across from Belgrade Fair

The Secretariat for Urban Planning and Construction Affairs has published a public overview of the Draft Detailed Regulation Plan for the area between Vojvode Misica Boulevard and Ruske, Viktora Igoa, Milovana Glisica and Generala Cernjajeva streets, in the territory of the City Municipality of Savski Venac.

The plan was commissioned by the company Terra Investicije from Belgrade, the drafting authority is Maarh, and the plan was developed by Arcosite.


The plan covers an area of approximately 3.6 hectares in an urbanistically valuable location, along Vojvode Misica Boulevard, in the immediate vicinity of the Belgrade Fair and the Ada Bridge.

The area contains buildings of various purposes and heights, as well as the Institute for Materials Testing, which is being retained.

The total GFA covered by the plan is to increase from 40,177 m2 to 97,550 m2.

Public areas will be increased from 22,947 m2 to 25,372 m2, while in mixed city centers the GFA of housing will be 30,306 m2, and the GFA of commercial facilities will be 41,872 m2.

The expected number of apartments is 254, the number of residents is 740, and the number of employees is 863.

The public presentation of the plan will last until January 28, 2026.
