Export of ICT services in first ten months EUR 3.727 billion – 12% higher year-on-year

During the first ten months of 2025, ICT services exports reached EUR 3.727 billion, which represents a 12% increase compared to the same period in 2024, said Mihailo Jovanovic, Director of the Office for IT and eGovernment. According to him, these results confirm that Serbia maintains a leading position in the region in the field of ICT sector development.

– In the coming year, we expect further implementation of capital innovation infrastructure projects - the expansion of science and technology parks in Nis and Cacak, as well as the commissioning of the Innovation District in Kragujevac and the Industrial and Technology Park in Krusevac, and the expansion of the National Platform for the Development of Artificial Intelligence. With further investment in digitalization, new electronic public administration services, the application of artificial intelligence and biotechnology, we expect to maintain the growth trend in ICT services exports in 2026 – stressed Jovanovic.

Additional indicators indicate that the surplus in ICT services in the first ten months of 2025 amounted to EUR 2.929 billion.
