Ministry of Finance announces tender for project management services, expert supervision and management of construction of zones B and E of EXPO complex – Estimated value 2 billion dinars

The Ministry of Finance has announced a public procurement procedure for project management services, expert supervision and construction management (engineer according to FIDIC) within zone B and zone E, with the aim of realizing the International Specialized Exhibition EXPO Belgrade 2027.

The subject of the public procurement is an integral service related to work in zones B and E, on cadastral plots 4715/18 (part of the plot), 4739/3 (part of the plot), 4715/63, 4715/58, 4715/67, 4715/43, 4715/16 and 4715/17.

Within zone B, the following facilities are defined: National pavilion, main facility (“Forum,” “Power of Play” and “Let’s Play Together”), “Play for Progress,” “Sports for all,” temporary facilities, techno block, gastro corner, ticket office and outdoor landscaping with parking.

When it comes to zone E, temporary facilities are planned in phase A, and permanent facilities in phase B.

– An integral part of the implementation of the project are all infrastructure works that must be designed and carried out in the area where the facilities are planned, in order to enable the functional connection of all zones within the International Specialized Exhibition EXPO 2027. The remaining part of the design will be carried out based on the request of the client. Requests from the client, conceptual solutions and projects for building permits will represent guidelines for further development of the project and construction of facilities – the documentation states.

The services that are the subject of this procurement, as it is added, will be performed continuously until they are put into operation, that is, until all prescribed permits are obtained upon completion of the construction of the International Specialized Exhibition EXPO Belgrade 2027 with accompanying contents.

The estimated value of the procurement is 2 billion dinars without VAT.
