Slovenian Kozmetika Afrodita building final processing and packaging facility in Batajnica

The Municipality of Zemun has issued a certificate of application for the start of construction for the investor Kozmetika Afrodita d.o.o. from Belgrade, based on the building permit dated October 27, 2025, which relates to the construction of a production and storage facility in Batajnica.

A free-standing ground-floor facility with a total gross construction area of 1,105 m2 will be built on Batajnicki drum Street.

According to the previously published urban design, the facility is primarily intended for the final processing and packaging of cosmetic products (creams, shampoos, soaps, etc.), as well as preparation for product distribution, while a smaller part of the space is intended for administrative and auxiliary facilities. The ground floor will house storage and exhibition space.

Seventeen parking spaces are also planned.



The project is scheduled for completion within approximately six months, with construction scheduled to begin on December 10, 2025, and be completed on June 2, 2026.

The conceptual design was developed by the architectural studio Archybility from Belgrade, and the urban design was developed by the design and engineering company MN Group from Belgrade.
