The sale of part of the office space in the Albanija building, Belgrade’s first skyscraper and one of the city’s most famous symbols, has been successfully completed, the bankruptcy judge in the bankruptcy proceedings against Beogradska banka a.d. confirmed. The most favorable offer was submitted by the company Logga plus doo Belgrade, which purchased the property for EUR 13.3 million, 33% above the estimated value, eKapija learns from the Deposit Insurance Agency.

This is the end of a complex bankruptcy procedure, further complicated by the fact that the property has the status of a cultural asset.

– The procedure was completed after all legally prescribed actions were carried out, which were a prerequisite for concluding the contract and the sale itself – the Deposit Insurance Agency told our portal.

As a reminder, in September, the Deposit Insurance Agency announced the sale of the assets of Beogradska banka and Univerzal banka through a public bidding process. Among the properties offered were two attractive commercial spaces in the center of Belgrade, one of which is this one in the Albanija building, with an area of 3,324 m2.

By the way, the company Logga plus bought the Belgrade Hotel Union last year at a public bidding for 727 million dinars (EUR 6.2 million).

According to previously published data, 10 bidders competed for the hotel, and Logga plus d.o.o., whose founder and director is Vladan Miketic, was founded in 2008 and has one employee.
