Construction of the third building has begun within the AFI City Zmaj business complex, which will bring new square footage for companies looking for modern infrastructure and a working environment of the highest standards. The project is designed to keep the existing green areas, with the planned planting of a new row of trees in front of the complex itself, which carefully nurtures the balance between the urban office space and the natural environment, which relaxes, but at the same time creates a working atmosphere that improves focus and motivates.

The new building was designed as a modern business building on 8 floors, with a floor area of about 2,500 square meters. Conceived according to the "shell and core" system, it enables tenants to organize the space flexibly, from larger single-floor areas to smaller functional units. There will be a total of five elevators in the building, while the facade of the building will be done in light tones, with contemporary panels and large windows, so as to achieve a harmonious and harmonious look. Along with the planned construction of a new business building, the creation of 388 parking spaces was also planned, which will satisfy the needs of all new tenants.
