The family investment holding company of experienced entrepreneur and investor Andrej Jovanovic, AJFH, as the lead investor, together with Bojan Radun, one of the most prominent managers in the region and the current CEO of Imlek, signed an agreement on the joint purchase of Imlek from its previous owner - the MidEuropa fund.

Imlek, headquartered in Padinska Skela - Belgrade, also owns two dairies in North Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina and purchases milk from more than 3,500 farmers, processing almost 400 million liters of raw milk annually.

Jovanovic and Radun agree that Imlek has enormous potential for further growth as a leading regional dairy producer - through continuous investments, operational excellence and innovation.
