Managers get a clear insight into the presence of employees in real time, while employees can track their working hours, breaks and absences themselves.

The system enables flexible planning of shifts and monitoring of work at multiple locations, and additional verification through a camera increases the security and reliability of records.

WebChrono enables the announcement, monitoring and management of employee absences (such as annual vacations, sick leave, days off,...) and offers various types of data analysis and reports that can be sent automatically or generated on request by the user.

How does WebChrono work?

The system collects data in two ways: using RFID contactless cards and the MobChrono mobile application. All data are automatically transferred to a central web database, available for real-time viewing.

RFID cards: Each employee receives a unique ID card to record entry and exit. The system supports all types of users – full-time employees, temporary employees, external collaborators, visitors or official vehicles. Data can be collected via a LAN/WiFi network or, for remote locations, via a GPS/GPRS connection. For additional security, it is possible to integrate a subsystem for the verification of passages with a camera.

MobChrono: The mobile application enables check-in/out, record breaks and official absences. At the same time, it records both the location and the snapshot of the employee, which eliminates misuse of the working time records.
