Many companies still keep records of working hours on paper or use outdated systems that do not track the actual presence of employees. The result is errors, misunderstandings and frustrations. Managers lose track of who`s where and when, while employees feel unfair or lack control over their time. In multiple locations, with different teams and flexible shifts, the situation gets even more complicated.

Abuses and errors become a daily occurrence, and administration spends hours on manual corrections and data checks, instead of focusing on running the business.

Precisely because of these challenges, the Solutis company developed the WebChrono system
which completely changes the way working hours and facility access are recorded and tracked.
Instead of manual entry and paper records, the entry and exit of employees is recorded by RFID cards and a mobile application, transferring data directly to a central database.

Managers get a clear insight into the presence of employees in real time, while employees can track their working hours, breaks and absences themselves.

The system enables flexible planning of shifts and monitoring of work at multiple locations, and additional verification through a camera increases the security and reliability of records.

WebChrono enables the announcement, monitoring and management of employee absences (such as annual vacations, sick leave, days off,...) and offers various types of data analysis and reports that can be sent automatically or generated on request by the user.

The solution is easy to implement, adaptable to different types of work and flexible enough to follow the growth and changes in the organization.

How does WebChrono work?

The system collects data in two ways: using RFID contactless cards and the MobChrono mobile application. All data are automatically transferred to a central web database, available for real-time viewing.

RFID cards: Each employee receives a unique ID card to record entry and exit. The system supports all types of users – full-time employees, temporary employees, external collaborators, visitors or official vehicles. Data can be collected via a LAN/WiFi network or, for remote locations, via a GPS/GPRS connection. For additional security, it is possible to integrate a subsystem for the verification of passages with a camera.

MobChrono: The mobile application enables check-in/out, record breaks and official absences. At the same time, it records both the location and the snapshot of the employee, which eliminates misuse of the working time records.

Key features of the WebChrono system include:
  • Automatic presence monitoring - entry and exit are recorded by RFID cards and a mobile application.
  • Real-time insight for managers - review of attendance, overtime and absences in a central database.
  • Self-monitoring for employees - the ability to see their own working hours, breaks and absences.
  • Flexible shift planning - ideal for teams in multiple locations or with flexible schedules.
  • Camera verification - increases the security and reliability of records.
  • Adaptability – the system grows with the company and follows changes in the organization.

Who is it intended for?

Web Chrono is intended for:
  • Banks and institutions with multiple branches and facilities
  • State-owned and private companies with a complex organizational structure and a large number of permanent and temporary employees
  • Public and utility companies with dislocated facilities and facilities with or without permanent human crew
  • Clinical centers and health care institutions with several different modes of operation and a variable work schedule
  • Pre-school and school institutions whose facilities are networked, partially networked, or not networked in a single computer network
  • Small and medium-sized enterprises that have no interest in investing in all the necessary hardware and software, and recognize the need for automated recording of working hours

Why do companies choose WebChrono?

Companies choose WebChrono because the system brings significant advantages that facilitate daily business management. First of all, it reduces the administrative burden and eliminates errors in records, which frees managers and administration from unnecessary work on manual corrections.

At the same time, WebChrono provides precise and transparent insight into the working hours and attendance of employees, which facilitates team monitoring and shift planning. The system is flexible enough to support different types of employees and different work models, making it an ideal solution for companies with flexible schedules or multi-location teams.

In addition, WebChrono increases data security and reliability, giving managers and employees confidence in the accuracy of records.

Finally, simple implementation and quick integration into existing business processes make it a practical and effective tool for every organization.

WebChrono is an extremely practical and reliable solution for anyone who needs timekeeping and access control.
