- When we started the integration of Yettel and SBB, one of the first things we did was to look at how we can act jointly towards business users. We have combined resources, knowledge and experience and have created a whole range of new services - from infrastructure to business applications to advanced security services. Our goal is to provide companies with unified solutions, from network infrastructure, through data storage and protection, to IT services with capacities available at any time. To become their technology partner, not just a service provider.

- To put it in the simplest language – everything it needs. We offer unified telecommunication and ICT services, and we are here to be a full support during the entire process, not only during the service introduction. We can provide all workstations for employees, including computers, laptops, tablets and phones. We offer not only hardware, but also overall maintenance: help desk, system administration, device monitoring, software installation and updates, as well as security protection like antivirus and endpoint protection.

- In the coming period, two areas will be key, namely "cloud" and security. "Cloud" solutions are being adopted more and more quickly, because they allow companies flexibility, faster service introduction and cost optimization. However, with that growth comes greater security challenges, so "cloud" security will be one of the central topics.

Another trend is artificial intelligence. In the next five years, we expect a wider application of AI services on our market, from process automation to analytics and optimization of business decisions. This raises the issue of data security and responsible use of AI technologies again.

That`s why I believe that in the coming years, services that put cloud, advanced security services and AI solutions at the fore will be highlighted, because they will enable companies to work more efficiently, smarter and faster.
